Stepping into this luxurious boutique hotel was like walking into an oasis. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided excellent service and fulfilled my every need. the private facilities offered exclusive comfort, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals.

Although the hotel was overall excellent, I did notice a minor issue with noise from the outdoor dining area which disturbed my sleep. this was easily resolved once I mentioned it to the staff.

The property is deluxe and the staff is lovely. Hotel's driver is one of the top employees! Not far from the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. Attractive and competitive value for money, warm atmosphere...

Great quiet atmosphere and having a private bathroom is a plus. the street view from the room was nice. the friendly staff added to the experience, and the hotel is housed in a charming old-style building 😉.

We loved staying in this hotel due to its convenient location very close to the center of the old city. The hotel facilities were impressive, and we were greeted with traditional tea upon check-in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent.

Spent New Year's Eve in this hotel and had an overall decent stay. the staff was friendly and welcoming, always with a smile on their faces. the hot tea and cookies upon arrival were a nice touch, and the breakfast options were varied and satisfying. the best aspect was the warm and cozy bedding that helped battle the cold nights. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

the room was quite small and cramped, with barely enough space to move around.

The hotel's decor was charming and well thought out, with an interesting blend of traditional and contemporary design. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests we had. One of the highlights was the delicious warm milk that was delivered to our room each night - it was the perfect way to end the day. the hotel had a great location in the heart of the old town, with easy access to many interesting attractions and local restaurants.

Although our overall experience at the hotel was positive, there were a few minor issues that detracted from the experience. For example, the lighting in the room was inadequate in some areas, making it difficult to see properly.

The hotel is conveniently located near the big temple and very close to the center of the old city. It also offers a stunning view from its deck. the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and traditional Tibetan decorations. the bathroom has a heater and the floor is heated, which is a nice touch. the hotel serves a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, and the service is friendly.

The Wi-Fi connection is unreliable, which can be frustrating for those who need it.

Wonderful experience, free pick up and drop off, warm greeting with hot tea and fire, comfortable room with in-floor heating, delicious vegetarian momos, helpful and kind staff.

Everything was spot on.
